Lizzie's parents live right by Camelback, so we went on a little post-Thanksgiving hike. It was bea-utiful.

It took us about 3 hours just to get out of the bay area. It was awesome. NOT.

My mom came to visit this weekend (and precious moments ensued).

We went to Zachary's on Saturday. And it was worth the (hour-long) wait. Deeeeelicious.
Also, we were able to entertain ourselves with the photo taking while waiting. Bonus.

On Friday, my mom's friend Cheryl came down from Novato and took us for lunch at Chez Panisse. Tres fance.

We went to the beach!
As far as November weather goes, California beats Minnesota. It also (arguably) wins in sunsets. But bowling alleys? MN hands down.
